SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped to the confirmed address. Please double check to make sure your address is correct. If we have the piece in stock it will ship in the next 2-3 days. If you are in a rush please contact me and I will do my best to have it ready sooner.
Switzerland Shipping: Shipping takes 2-5 days.
International Shipping: All shipping outside Switzerland takes about 8-15 working days Europe 4-10 working days.
All taxes, duties and customs fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Upgrade/Insurance: If you prefer a faster delivery, or insurance on your item please contact us for shipping upgrades. We can not be held responsible for lost orders. If you prefer another shipping carrier please contact us and we would be happy to use them.
RETURN
If you are not happy with your purchase please let us know right away! You will have 15 days to return your item that is in perfect condition for a full refund. We do not refund the cost of shipping. After 15 days, only exchanges will be accepted. Please note that I cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.
